Phone Platform
Mojo Dialer + Twilio + FollowUpBoss. Power dialing, SMS, automation. Everything logs into FUB.
Why
Outbound is the engine for the seller motion. Without a real dialer, the ISA can't hit volume. Without SMS automation, follow-up leaks.
Mojo is the dialer. Twilio runs the SMS, MMS, and voicemail drops. FUB stays the source of truth for contacts. One stack. Three jobs. Around $130-210/month total.
Current state
Shelved indefinitely (2026-06-30). The 4 Phase 0 decisions were never resolved and the build is deprioritized with no planned restart. Not "held / coming back soon" — explicitly off the roadmap until Ry decides otherwise.
Two related items are already settled — not open concerns:
- The Mojo Expired Data subscription ($50/mo) is cancelled — no longer billing.
- The Mojo → BigQuery bridge (project_mojo_bridge, pos-mojo-bridge CR) was already built and is operational — a distinct system, unaffected by this shelving.
- Status: shelved (indefinite)
- Last update: 2026-06-30
- To un-shelve: answer the 4 Phase 0 decisions below and flip status to
in-flight.
Open decisions (frozen — answer these to revive)
- Pick Mojo plan (single line $99 vs triple line $149).
- Write voicemail drop scripts (3 max, 30 seconds each).
- Pick a Twilio area code and provision the number.
- First SMS campaigns (cold outreach / post-call follow-up / appointment confirmation).

Open issues
Phase 0 (block the build):
- Mojo plan: single line ($99) vs triple line ($149)
- Voicemail drop scripts: how many, what they say
- First SMS campaigns: cold outreach? post-call follow-up? appointment confirmation?
- Twilio area code
Post-Phase-0:
- Subscribe to Mojo Skip Tracer ($49/mo)
- Wire FUB integration (Settings → Integrations → Follow Up Boss)
- Set up Twilio SMS automations
- Future: pull Mojo call recordings for coaching analysis
