Capri
One-line description. Capri is Ry's personal real-estate production brand — the LLC that holds transactions, the surface that runs the seller funnel, and the scoreboard for his individual deal flow. Parallel to Listing Legends (the team) and The 50OS (the coaching OS).
Why
Three brands, non-overlapping roles. Ry Colston is the face (content, audience). Capri is the paperwork and personal production lane (LLC, seller funnel, scorecard). Listing Legends is the team. Capri exists so the seller motion has its own brand and balance sheet, separable from the team P&L and from Ry's content brand.
Team-lead income alone is brittle. Capri is the personal production engine — proves the playbook before it rolls out to the team, and gives Ry a distinct legal/brand container for his own deals.
Current state
- Capri LLC exists. DBA scoped for 2026-05-01 launch.
- Seller funnel lives at

Sub-projects
- Brand Architecture — the three-brand split (Ry / Capri / LL) and the rules that keep them non-overlapping.
- Personal Production — Ry's individual scoreboard, separate from team rollups.
- Sales Motion (Seller) — end-to-end seller funnel for personal production. Capri-branded, Orchard as legal label.
- Customer Journey Map — single-page visual of the 12-stage seller journey, live at customer-journey.rycolston.com.
- Market Report Lead Conversion — Phase F. Monthly per-zip narrative emails as a parallel Lead Conversion funnel.
- Appointment Wallet Pass — auto-generated Google Wallet pass per FUB appointment.
Relationship to other parents
- Listing Legends is the team. Capri is Ry's personal lane. They share infrastructure (FUB instance decision deferred to Phase 1) but not P&L.
- The 50OS is the coaching OS. Capri is one of the things it teaches toward (agents building their own production lanes), but Capri itself is not a 50OS deliverable.
